To start using this feature, simply text the word NOTIFY to 37509. A confirmation message will be sent to your mobile device. To stop receiving messages anytime, simply text the word STOP to 37509.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you allow at least 24-hour notice so that your appointment may be given to another patient who may be in need of urgent care.  If we do not receive 24-hour notice there will be a $30.00 cancellation fee billed.  Patients with multiple cancellations or missed appointments also may be discharged from our practice.  In an event you are running late, please call our office. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Please note that we at North Dallas Dermatology Associates do not sell or market any credit card or financial information to any third party.

Refund Policy

In the event a credit balance has resulted from an insurance payment greater than estimated, or for some other reason, we will make every effort to refund the balance within 30 days from the time the credit balance is discovered.

Pay Online

Patients now have access to our new online payment system, which will allow you to conveniently pay your bill online as soon as you receive a statement. This feature is also HIPAA & PCI compliant, which will ensure all patient info, statements and receipts will be securely transferred. To create an account, click on the link below:

Insurance Plans Accepted

We ask that you please check with your insurance company to confirm that we are a participating provider on your health insurance plan and verify your benefits in order to minimize any out of pocket costs. If we are not a participating provider on your plan, you will be expected to pay for services provided at the time they are rendered. Patients will be provided with a receipt to file the insurance claim directly with their insurance provider.
